Please come share in an evening of music and stories at the October Pioneer Valley Folklore Society SONG & STORY SWAP. Friday, October 13, 7:30-9:30 p.m. at the Black Sheep Cafe, 79 Main St., Amherst, Mass. Come to sing, or tell, or listen. All types of storytelling and singing are welcome. People of all ages gather to share stories and songs that are traditional, newly written, or of personal experiences. You can tell, sing, or lead everyone in singing, or request a song or story. Listeners are welcome. October’s guest performer is award-winning songwriter Richard Berman. Richard’s songs, which will touch both your heart and your funny bone, have made him a winner or finalist in a long list of songwriting contests. His concert tours have taken him across the US and across the ocean to England and Wales.
